生命科学学院生物制药与生物信息学学科组简介

0029cc金沙贵宾会生命科学学院生物制药与生物信息学学科组是浙江省生物学重中之重学科特设二级学科,现有人员16名,其中教授2人,副教授4人,学科主要研究方向为生物制药生物信息学,重点研究工作为重组多肽类新药的临床前研究和兽用疫苗研发, 同时开展以信息技术为手段,在分子、细胞、组织等水平上获取和加工生物信息,研究、设计、开发有效的生物信息学方法和技术,为生物实验、疾病诊断与治疗提供技术支持。近年来学科组完成了国家”863”项目和自然科学基金等多项国家级课题,目前承担了国家十二五重大新药创制项目1项、国家基金多项,同时承担重大企业横向项目4项等众多课题。已在新型昆虫表达体系和海洋多肽药物研究方向取得阶段性成果,在功能基因组分析、肿瘤早期分子诊断技术、microRNA预测与功能分析、计算机辅助药物发现及设计等方面的研究已取得重要成果,并形成较强的特色优势。学科组现有浙江省高校中青年学科带头人1人、浙江省“151”人才第三层次2人、0029cc金沙贵宾会“521”拔尖人才1人、0029cc金沙贵宾会“521”骨干人才1人。在Marine DrugsBioinformaticsBMC BioinformaticsPLOS one等国际专业期刊上发表系列研究论文,建立了环境雌激素高灵敏度检测技术平台和多糖药物高通量筛选技术平台,建立的新型高效昆虫表达体系,可开展公斤级的重组蛋白规模化生产。
